Here’s a great way to gather with like-minded OBXers who love the Outer Banks of North Carolina to give a little back … by sweeping a whole lot of trash away at Beach Sweep and celebrating later at Trash Fest.

Beach Sweep runs from 9 AM to 12 Noon. It’s organized annually by Surfrider Foundation and needs your help: school groups, organizations and individuals are welcome.  Trash bags and data cards provided at many beach accesses. For more info contact Scott @ 252-441-0581 or scott@boldprintdesign.com.

The Trash Fest after party is hosted by Outer Banks Brewing Station from 12 Noon to 4 PM, featuring free food, drinks and LIVE MUSIC, where your data card is your ticket!
