The 2nd Annual Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival returns to Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo with three days of today’s best bluegrass musicians live in concert. More than 20 musicians are set to take the stage over the weekend.
Bluegrass queen Rhonda Vincent & The Rage will play two nights on Saturday and Sunday. Other returning performers from the inaugural festival include Drymill Road, Cumberland River, Banjo Island, Nu-Blu, Drifting Sands, and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. New additions to the lineup are Grammy nominated Friday headliners The Grascals, along with Dailey & Vincent, Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, Loraine Jordan & Carolina Road, The Moore Brothers, and The James King Band.
