Get your lawn chairs and blankets and bring the family to celebrate Independence Day in the Outdoor Pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park. A concert by the Army Ground Forces Band will began at 8 pm and fireworks will be provided by the Town of Manteo beginning at 9:30 pm.
