Celebrate America’s independence with free live music and a spectacular fireworks show on the northern Outer Banks! The 27th Annual Independence Day Celebration in Corolla offers an afternoon of fun family activities featuring food vendors, a cornhole tournament, watermelon eating contest, and children’s games. The event will be held at Historic Corolla Park starting at 3:00 pm with a fireworks display at dusk. Admission and parking are free! No coolers, alcohol or on-street parking is permitted. Historic Corolla Park boat ramp will be closed with no docking on July 4th. Dogs are permitted on leashes.
