The board of directors of the Currituck-Dare Community Foundation announces the return of the Duck & Wine Festival, its annual fundraiser hosted in partnership with Coastal Cantina.

The Festival will take place on Saturday, April 27 from 12-3pm at the Duck Waterfront Shops.

The Duck & Wine Festival is a one-day restaurant cook-off judged by both a panel and event participants. Each chef creates a dish prepared from duck and pairs it with a wine selected by Coastal Cantina. The festival highlights talents of local restaurants, with tickets selling out every year, attracting residents and visitors.

Wines may be purchased throughout the event at Coastal Cantina, at a discounted rate. Coastal Cantina is donating $1 per bottle sold to the charitable beneficiaries.
